Remember when you were younger and you had a fight with your Brother or Sister and Dad said it's time for a time out. That was the smart thing to do before things got way out of hand because of your anger
We all get angry from time to time but it's what you do with that anger that can lead to sin.
Having a normal argument with your spouse or relative is quite normal until it can lead to something greater and holding on to anger gives the devil a foothold
and do not give the devil a foothold.
Ephesians 4:27
Being angry can also lead to other things like impure thoughts, an act of revenge, or actually acting out in that anger
Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger;
James 1:19
When a situation arises and you're starting to get angry stop and think about it before you act and ask the Lord for guidance
Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger,
Ephesians 4:26
Thank you heavily Father for we know that you are with us at all times that we can stop at a moment's notice and ask for your help before acting out in anger, but instead show our love to one another because you first loved us. In Jesus name Amen
