Contentment

But godliness with contentment is great gain.

1 Timothy 6:6

Before Jesus came into my life I used to love money. I always wanted to have the biggest house, always wanted the biggest business out of the family and always wanted to be the best at everything, but when Jesus came into my life everything changed and as I read a lot of these verses’ contentment is one of the things of great gain

And one thing that I have learned is that no matter what we have or don't have we can never take it with us when we pass on to see the good Lord

For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.

1 Timothy 6:7

Fearing the Lord and having contentment is the best way. Leave the materialistic stuff alone and enjoy what the Lord has given you already because he will never leave you or forsake you

The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”

Deuteronomy 31:8

Thank you Lord for always providing for me and never leaving me or forsaking me. Always remind me to be content no matter the situation knowing you are always going to take care of me even when things seem impossible. In Jesus name Amen.
