I know A Friend Whose Love Is True

I know of a friend whose love is so true

He went to a cross to die for me & you

He paid a great debt for man kinds sin

So we could be restored and born again

There is no other way of Salvation

Christ is the only way the truth & life

Come and know His deep compassion

He desires to be your true guiding light

Come at once to the Lord & Savior of all

Come at once through the rise & the fall

Come be refreshed & drink from His cup

There is no other from which we must sup

He is the only hope we have in this life

through His blood we're made justified

On the cross He shed His blood for sin

God sacrificed His Son, His Holy Lamb

I know a friend who is kind & sweet

Who leads all His blind & lost sheep

No matter how raggedy we think we are

Christ love is rich than anything by far

Come at once, be one, His redeemed

Come and know a true friend forever

Come and you'll never be the same

changed you will be like your Savior.
